Quality Technician

We are now looking for a dedicated and meticulous Quality Technician to Lann Industries!

Client Company

LANN Industries is one of Sweden's leading manufacturers of turned components for demanding customers worldwide across several business areas. Lann is part of Arbona Industri, which acquired Bufab Lann on July 3, 2024. Our machining takes place in state-of-the-art machines located in Värnamo. We currently have 120 employees and generate approximately 360 Msek in revenue.

Your Responsibilities

As one of our skilled colleagues has decided to retire, there is now a vacancy for you. As a Quality Technician with us, you will be part of a team that plays a central role in supporting our production, customers, and suppliers in quality-related matters.

With you, we will be 6 happy employees in the quality department.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Managing claims against customers, suppliers, and internal processes.

· Being part of our APQP and PPAP work with your knowledge and experience.

· Programming measuring machines.

· Participating in internal and external audits and following up on actions.

· Developing and implementing procedures/instructions.

Your Profile

· Relevant education or equivalent work experience.

· Experience in the automotive and manufacturing industry (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, etc.).

· We value initiative and independence while encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.

· Very good knowledge of reading drawings and measurement.

· Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

If you have worked in the business system Monitor G5 and have knowledge of subcontracting processes such as surface treatment, hardening, etc., we consider it an advantage.

Location: Värnamo

Start Date: Immediately or by agreement
